SHUTTLES
For Saturday and Sunday shows, C-TRAN provides Amphitheater shuttle service to the show from the 99th Street Transit Center every 15 minutes. These services begin 90 minutes prior to a show start and run until show time. This service provides a quick and hassle-free alternative to parking in the amphitheater lots. The round-trip fare is $2.00 per person CASH ONLY. Children 18 & under may travel for free. Please have the exact fare to hand, as C-Tran drivers cannot provide change.

For the following shows Aspen Limos will provide Amphitheater shuttle service to the show from the 99th Street Transit Center every 15 minutes. These services begin 90 minutes prior to a show start and run until show time. This service provides a quick and hassle-free alternative to parking in the amphitheater lots. The round-trip fare is $5.00 per person CARD ONLY. Children 2 & under may travel for free.

GATE TIMES
Gates are usually 90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page or the info above for exact times. Get here earlier so you can enjoy your night and not be stuck in traffic.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open at 4pm on show days. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry, go for Premier Parking; easier entry and exit, go for Quick Out Parking. We also offer Oversized Vehicle Parking for RVs/Limos/Buses/Large vehicles with easy entry and exit. We do not allow overnight parking. Get parking upgrades HERE.

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office is only open on show days to purchase tickets and will be open starting at 2pm every show day. Artist guest list ticket pick-up is not available until after doors have opened and requires photo ID. To contact the box office on non-show days, please email CascadesAmphitheater@livenation.com. WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs. Please don't bring a lawn chair or stadium seat - we definitely do not allow those! Blankets no larger than 4'x6' are allowed.

BAG POLICY
Only small clutches, wristlets or fanny packs no bigger than 6" x 9" OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12" x 12" x 6" will be allowed inside the venue. 

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to a cash-to-card booth near the main gates or in the East and West Plaza and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free & with no fees).

SUSTAINABILITY
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue. We also have free filtered water refills and solar-powered charging stations in both plazas, thanks to OnPoint Community Credit Union. You can bring an empty reusable water bottle to help us do our part in building a sustainable future.
